For two years, I was actively involved in the Flutter community in Montréal, contributing to various events and exchanges, especially through the Google Developer Group (GDG). This involvement gave me opportunities to discuss the latest Flutter developments, share knowledge and sharpen my skills as a developer.
As part of a GDG-hosted conference, I had the opportunity to present a workshop on cache management in Flutter, entirely in English. The talk covered best practices for optimizing data handling, improving app performance and reducing latency for a better user experience. Delivering in another language let me make these concepts accessible to an international, diverse audience.
My involvement with Flutter Montréal and the GDG let me grow alongside fellow Flutter enthusiasts while contributing to a strong, tight-knit community. These regular exchanges kept me on the cutting edge of innovations and helped me adopt new practices and techniques in my professional projects.
